Daerzong See, der Daerzong See ist eine Perle eingebettet in einem bewaldeten Tal.
Der See soll einst von zwei Göttinnen aus dem Himmlischen Palast besucht worden sein. Als eine von ihnen bei der Rückkehr ihren Kamm verlor, entstand der Daerzong See. Die Einheimischen verehren ihn als "Heiligen See". Jedes Juni kommen viele Pilger, um Pfeile in den See zu werfen.
Highlights: Der See ist nicht sehr groß, aber wunderschön. Das Wasser soll bis zu 4.000 Meter tief sein. Auffällig sind die bunten Gebetsfahnen, die am See und in den Wäldern im Wind wehen - ein Ausdruck des frommen Glaubens der Tibeter.
Dauer: Der Bereich ist nicht sehr groß, etwa eine Stunde Besichtigungszeit. Eine Besonderheit sind die zutraulichen Murmeltiere, die man mit etwas Glück füttern kann.

Hintergrund: Laut Hotelbetreiber wurde jeder Stein extra aus Lhasa angeliefert.
Highlights: Sehr freundliches Personal, viele durchdachte Details machen den Aufenthalt sehr gemütlich. Im Bad gibt es sogar Gesichtsmasken, dicke rutschfeste Pantoffeln und das Frühstück wird individuell zubereitet.

Besichtigungsreihenfolge: Das Hauptmerkmal ist der längste Umgangsumgang der Welt. Am besten folgt man den Pilgern und umrundet das Kloster im Uhrzeigersinn, da es Tradition ist, nicht rückwärts zu gehen. Wer nicht die ganze Runde laufen möchte, kann an den Gebetsmühlen am Klostereingang eine kleine Runde drehen.
Hinweise: Im Kloster ist das Tragen von kurzen Röcken und Hosen verboten, respektieren Sie die örtliche Kultur. Außerhalb des Klosters gibt es einen Parkplatz, Parkgebühr 10 Yuan pro Auto.

Die einzigartig gestaltete Stupa liegt direkt neben dem Kloster Labrang. Sie soll eine aus Nepal importierte Amitabha-Buddha-Statue beherbergen.
Highlights: Die Stupa hat zwei Treppenaufgänge zum Aufstieg. In der zweiten Etage befinden sich einige vergoldete Statuen, in der obersten Etage eine 2 Meter hohe Amitabha-Buddha-Statue. Von der Plattform oben hat man einen tollen Blick auf das gesamte Kloster Labrang. Viele Gläubige verrichten hier andächtig ihre Umrundungen.
Hinweise: Bei vielen Besuchern kann es zu Wartezeiten kommen. Im Klosterbereich ist das Tragen von kurzen Röcken und Hosen verboten, Kopfbedeckung und Sonnenbrille müssen abgelegt werden, um den örtlichen Traditionen Respekt zu zollen.

Empfehlung: Im Juli und August ist die Landschaft mit ihren bunten Wildblumen besonders schön. Entlang der Straße sieht man immer wieder Viehtrupps. Man kann auch für 20-30 Yuan eine Runde auf einem Pferd reiten.
Parken: An der Straße gibt es in regelmäßigen Abständen Parkplätze, Gebühr 10 Yuan pro Fahrzeug.

Das Feuchtgebiet Guomang liegt auf 3.562 Metern Höhe und ist die Quelle des Flusses Tao. Im Winter überwintern hier große Schwärme des Schwarzhalskranichs. Die berühmte Teepferde-Route und die Seidenstraße führten einst durch dieses Gebiet, das heute ein attraktiver Teil der Nationalstraße 213 ist.
Besichtigungstipp: Von der Aussichtsplattform muss man einen langen Holzsteg hinuntergehen, um in das innere Gebiet zu gelangen. Je nach Zeit empfiehlt sich das oder ein einfacher Blick von oben.
Parken: Die Aussichtsplattform befindet sich direkt an der Straße, das Schild ist nicht sehr auffällig, also langsam fahren, um sie nicht zu verpassen.

Reiseführer: Das Dakang Langmuxue Chöje in Gansu ist sehr zu empfehlen, es ist ein Kulturdenkmal, in dem man die kulturelle Essenz des tibetischen Buddhismus erleben kann. Es liegt an der Grenze zwischen drei Provinzen, und vom Tempel aus kann man in der Ferne Sichuan und Qinghai sehen, während es selbst in Gansu liegt.
Highlights: Vom Langmusi-Kloster führt ein Weg zu einem Himmelbestattungsplatz, dem einzigen Ort in Gansu, wo man eine Himmelsbestattung beobachten kann. Mit etwas Glück findet morgens um 6 Uhr die Zeremonie statt. Wenn man Verbindungen zum Buddhismus hat, kann man auch die heiligen Früchte des 11. Panchen Lama kosten.

Es ist die zweitgrößte Hochlandsteppe Chinas, mit dem berühmten Blumensee. Für Menschen, die im schnellen Stadtleben leben, ist es perfekt, um hier in der Natur zu entschleunigen, frische Luft zu atmen und die endlosen Grasflächen und den weiten Himmel zu genießen.
Straßenzustand: Die Straßen im gesamten Grasland sind gut befahrbar, überall sieht man Herden von Rindern und Schafen. Es gibt viele Aussichtspunkte, an denen man jederzeit anhalten kann. Hier kann man auch den größten Nebenfluss des Gelben Flusses sehen.

Landschaft: Das Gebiet umfasst vier Dörfer, die in Tälern zwischen mächtigen Bergen liegen, wie eine ferne Bergidylle. Die Schönheit von Zhaganai lässt sich kaum in Worte fassen, wenn man nicht mindestens zwei Tage hier verbringt, kann man nicht die verzaubernde Morgennebelverhüllung und die Abendröte über dem Tal erfahren.
Reisetipps: Bei knapper Zeit empfiehlt es sich, morgens den Aussichtspunkt Tairi zu besuchen, von wo man das ganze Dorfensemble überblicken kann. Nachmittags wandern Sie durch das Runwu-Tal und besuchen Sie den Feensee und den Feenteich, die Zhaganai zuzurechnen sind. Drinnen und draußen gibt es große Rundtische, wer die Aussicht genießen möchte, kann draußen sitzen. Zu beachten ist, dass ab ca. 20 Uhr meist keine Speisen mehr erhältlich sind, also am besten früher kommen. Empfehlungen: Unbedingt probieren Sie die "Tigerkopfspitzen", die überraschend süß-sauer schmecken und sehr lecker sind. Landschaft: 2003 wurde das Gebiet zum Nationalforst erklärt. Es bietet ganzjährig wechselnde Landschaften: im Sommer von Grün überzogen, im Herbst mit roten Blättern bedeckt, im Winter schneebedeckt - ein wahrer natürlicher Sauerstoffspender. Die Hauptattraktionen sind Guanzhu-Tal, Eman-Tal, Mulun-Tal und Miao-Tal. Nach dem Ticketkauf kann man mit dem Parkbus oder eigenem Auto fahren, zum Zebang-See muss man entweder 40 Yuan für den Shuttle-Bus oder zu Fuß gehen.
